Galaktobourekos are beloved Greek pastries featuring delicate, buttery filo pastry triangles filled with a thick, creamy vanilla custard. The contrast between the shattering crispness of the baked dough and the smooth, sweet pudding inside makes these tarts an irresistible treat. They are traditionally dusted with powdered sugar just before serving, adding a touch of elegance. Perfect for Sunday brunches, holiday gatherings, or as a comforting afternoon dessert with coffee. While they look intricate, the folding technique is simple and rewarding, allowing you to bring authentic Greek bakery flavor into your own kitchen with ease.
