Description

This Garlic Chicken Provencal Soup is a hearty and comforting meal that brings the rustic flavors of the French countryside to your kitchen. The dish features tender boneless chicken breasts simmered in a robust broth made from Italian plum tomatoes and white wine, creating a deeply savory base. Aromatics like onion and garlic provide a warm, inviting scent, while fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese add bright, finishing notes. The inclusion of pasta and frozen vegetables makes this a complete, satisfying one-pot meal. It is perfect for chilly evenings, family dinners, or when you need a quick yet elegant supper. The combination of textures from the soft chicken, al dente pasta, and crisp-tender vegetables ensures every spoonful is delightful.

Note

The ingredients list in the source was incomplete. You will need: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, 2 (16 oz) cans Italian plum tomatoes (undrained), 1 cup dry white wine (or water), 1 (16 oz) package Green Giant Pasta Accents (Garlic Seasoning, Frozen Vegetables & Pasta), 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove over medium-low heat.

For a vegetarian version, omit the chicken and use vegetable broth instead of wine/water, and increase the simmering time for the vegetables slightly.
