  1. A few bay leaves 1/2 ts Marjoram 1 c Yogurt 2 pt Stock 1 tb Chopped parsley
  2. Heat oil in a pot & gently
  3. fry the onion for 2 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, potato & seasonings.
  5. Stir together.
  6. Add yogurt & mix well.
  7. Pour in stock.
  8. Bring to a boil, cover & simmer for 20 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley.
