  1. 1. Prepare charcoal or gas grill or preheat broiler. 2. Season fillets with salt and pepper; brush on both sides with oil. 3. In large noncorrosive saucepan, heat cooking spray over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic 1 minute; do not let onion brown. Add tomatoes and wine; simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Add parsley and basil; season with additional salt and pepper.
