While wings broil, combine the remaining marinade, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Durkee red-hot sauce, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce until thickened.
6 Remove wings from the oven. Brush generously with the hot sauce mixture. Return to the broiler for 5 more minutes to glaze.
7 Serve immediately with plenty of ice water and soda water on the side.

Storage: Marinated wings should not be frozen if you plan to broil them after 5 days. If storing cooked wings, keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Substitution: If you cannot find sorano chilies, substitute with habaneros or Scotch bonnets for similar heat levels.
Tip: For those sensitive to extreme heat, reduce the amount of cayenne and Tabasco by half, though the title may no longer apply!
