Khatte Channe
Description
This traditional Indian dish, Khatte Channe, is a vibrant and tangy chickpea curry that balances the sourness of tamarind with the warmth of garam masala and cumin. The chickpeas are simmered in a rich, aromatic gravy made from sautéed onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes until tender and flavorful. The result is a hearty, comforting meal that is perfect for weeknight dinners or when you want a satisfying, plant-based main course. Serve it hot with poori or rice for a complete meal.Directions
