  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine ground meat, carrot, cheese, garlic powder and bread crumbs.
  3. Add the egg and tomato paste and mix well.
  4. Using your hands,
  5. roll the mixture into marble-sized meatballs and
  6. place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until meatballs are brown and firm.
  8. Cool the meatballs completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
