Description

This Marble Fudge is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the creamy richness of peanut butter with the deep, satisfying flavor of chocolate. The base is made by blending softened butter, corn syrup, and vanilla with a portion of the peanut butter, creating a smooth and spreadable mixture. Icing sugar is then folded in to add sweetness and structure. The marbled effect is achieved by swirling in melted chocolate chips mixed with the remaining peanut butter, creating beautiful visual streaks throughout the treat. This fudge is perfect for holiday gift baskets, Christmas parties, or simply as a sweet indulgence on a cozy evening. It sets quickly in the refrigerator, making it a last-minute yet impressive dessert option.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat together 1/2 cup of the peanut butter, softened butter, corn syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in the icing sugar until well blended and the mixture is thick and creamy.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe measuring cup in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, or melt in a small pot over low heat.
  4. Stir the remaining 1/4 cup of peanut butter into the melted chocolate until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut butter mixture onto the main mixture and gently swirl with a knife or spoon to create a marble effect; do not overmix.
  6. Pour the mixture into a small pie plate or lined pan and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate until firm and set, about 1 to 2 hours.
  8. Cut into squares before serving.

Note

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

You can use smooth or crunchy peanut butter depending on your texture preference. Smooth peanut butter will yield a silkier fudge.

For easier cleanup, line your pie plate or pan with parchment paper before adding the fudge mixture.

If the chocolate-peanut butter mixture becomes too thick to swirl, microwave it for an additional 10-15 seconds to loosen it slightly.
