  1. Scoop out the cantaloupe flesh with a melon baller and place the balls in a large serving bowl.
  2. Pour any accumulated cantaloupe juice from the rind into the bowl with the melon balls.
  3. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut them crosswise into thin slices, and then quarter the slices.
  4. Add the prepared kiwi pieces to the bowl with the cantaloupe.
  5. Hull the strawberries and slice them lengthwise, reserving 4 whole strawberries for garnish.
  6. Add the sliced strawberries and fresh raspberries to the bowl.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped fresh mint over the fruit.
  8. Drizzle the fresh squeezed orange juice over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  9. Garnish with the reserved whole strawberries and mint sprigs before serving.
