  1. Place canned tomatoes, onion, and green pepper in a food processor and pulse until chopped to a coarse consistency.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a large saucepan and add the chopped jalapeos, green chilies, and lemon juice.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
