Description
These old-fashioned chicken croquettes feature a rich, creamy filling of minced chicken, button mushrooms, and pimientos bound with a roux-based sauce. The mixture is shaped into bite-sized croquettes, coated in breadcrumbs and egg, and deep-fried until golden brown.
