The sauce is thickened with cornstarch and finished with fresh green grapes, adding a pop of color and a juicy burst of flavor in every bite. Its perfect for Sunday dinners, holiday gatherings, or any occasion where you want to impress without spending hours in the kitchen. Simple ingredients come together to create a restaurant-quality meal thats both satisfying and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C) if using the oven method, or prepare a grill for indirect low heat.
  2. Score the fat cap on the pork loin roast in a diamond pattern at 1-inch intervals.
  3. Place the pork loin, fat side up, in a roasting pan or on a grill rack over a drip pan.
  4. Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the meat, avoiding the bone if present.
  5. Roast or grill the pork until the internal temperature reaches 145F to 160F, approximately 20-30 minutes per pound.
  6. While the pork cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
  8. Add the frozen orange juice concentrate and 1/4 cup of water, stirring until smooth.
  9. In a separate small bowl, mix the remaining 1/4 cup of water with cornstarch until no lumps remain.
  10. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the orange sauce, stirring constantly.
  11. Bring the sauce to a boil, cooking and stirring for about 1-2 minutes until thickened and glossy.
  12. During the last 20 minutes of cooking, baste the pork loin with the orange glaze.
  13. Stir the halved green grapes into the remaining sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
  14. Remove the pork from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  15. Serve the sliced pork loin topped with the warm grape and orange sauce.
