Spray 60 Madeleine molds with cooking spray.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix flours and baking soda together and set aside.

In a medium saucepan bring orange juice to a boil, remove pan from heat and allow to cool.

In a small bowl mix orange juice and zest together and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar together.

Beat in eggs one at a time.

Beat in flour mixture in thirds alternately with the orange-juice mixture.
