  2. In top of nonaluminum double boiler over simmering water,
  3. whisk together egg yolks, orange juice, liqueur and sugar;
  4. cook , whisking constantly,until tripled in volume and thickened slightly, about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately in stemmed glasses
