Osso Bucco Alla Milanese
Description
Osso Buco alla Milanese is a classic Italian dish featuring cross-cut veal shanks slow-braised in white wine, broth, and aromatic vegetables until the meat falls off the bone. The dish is traditionally finished with gremolata, a bright mixture of fresh parsley, lemon zest, and garlic, which cuts through the richness of the braised meat. This hearty meal is perfect for special dinner parties or cozy weekend gatherings. The collagen-rich marrow adds a luxurious texture and depth of flavor that makes every bite comforting and indulgent. Serve with creamy saffron risotto for an authentic Italian experience.Ingredients
