  1. Flaked 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1/2 c Chopped onion 1/4 c Chopped celery 1/4 c Chopped green pepper 1 Egg, beaten 1 ts Salt Cucumber sauce
  2. Combine ingredients except Cucumber sauce (below);
  3. mix lightly.
  4. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve with Cucumber Sauce
