Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350~.
  2. Blend cake mix, oil, eggs and juice from oranges.
  3. Fold in oranges.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13" cake pan.
  5. Bake 35 minutes.
  6. Cake texture will be very moist.
  7. Combine remaining ingredients, and whip until well mixed.
  8. Spread on top of cooled cake.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve
