c Grated potato -- drained 1/2 c Minced onion 4 tb Potato flour 1 Egg 1 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper POTATO STUFFINGHave the butcher

Mix together all stuffing ingredients and fill the pocket with the mixture.
