Directions
-
Preheat oven to 350ðF (175ðC). Grease a shallow 3-quart baking dish.
-
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the water to prevent sticking.
-
Drain noodles and spread them out on waxed paper or a clean kitchen towel to prevent them from sticking together while you prepare the other components.
-
Heat 1/3 cup olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until tender and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
-
Stir in tomato sauce, bouillon cube (crumbled), salt, and black pepper. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
-
While the sauce simmers, prepare the lobster. Using kitchen shears, cut away the thin underside membrane of the lobster tails.
-
Remove the lobster meat from the shells and cut it into very small, bite-sized pieces.
-
Spoon a thin layer of the tomato sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
-
Arrange a single layer of cooked noodles over the sauce. Top with half of the chopped lobster pieces.
-
Spoon another layer of sauce over the noodles and lobster. Repeat layers with remaining noodles and lobster if desired, or proceed to the final layer.
-
Cover the top layer with sliced mozzarella cheese and sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
-
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden and the lasagna is heated through.

Note
Allow the lasagna to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to help it set and make serving easier.
If using frozen lobster tails, ensure they are fully thawed and patted dry before cooking to remove excess moisture.
For a richer sauce, you can add a splash of white wine or a tablespoon of butter to the tomato sauce while simmering.
This dish can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking. Add 10-15 minutes to the baking time if cooking from cold.
