Rowe’S Freezer Strawberry Jam
Description
This easy no-cook strawberry jam captures the bright, fresh flavor of summer berries without the need for boiling or canning. Using just ripe strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and fruit pectin, this recipe creates a smooth, spreadable preserve that sets perfectly in the freezer. It is an excellent choice for quick breakfasts, yogurt toppings, or dessert accompaniments. The process is straightforward and requires minimal active time, making it ideal for using up a sudden surplus of fresh fruit. Store in the freezer for long-term enjoyment or in the refrigerator for immediate use within a few weeks. The result is a jam with a natural, fruity taste and a lovely texture that feels lighter than traditional cooked jams.Ingredients

Note
After setting at room temperature, store the jam in the freezer for long-term preservation.
If you plan to use the jam within 3 weeks, you may store it in the refrigerator instead of the freezer.
A few sugar crystals may remain undissolved after stirring; this is normal and does not affect the quality of the jam.
Ensure strawberries are fully ripe for the best flavor and natural pectin content.
