  1. Preheat the oven to 350&# 194;°F (175ðC).
  2. Butter a Pyrex casserole dish or baking pan lightly.
  3. Arrange the thinly sliced mushrooms in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Place the jumbo shrimp, cut side down, on top of the mushroom layer.
  5. Season the shrimp generously with lemon pepper and paprika.
  6. Pour the melted butter evenly over the shrimp and mushrooms.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and switch the oven setting to Broil.
  9. Pour the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp.
  10. Broil for approximately 5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
