Description

  1. a-p=all-purpose flour 1 c Whole-wheat flour; 1 ts Baking powder; 1/2 ts Salt; 4 tb Whipped butter; -(not me!!
  2. not on your life) 1 c Buttermilk; 1/2 c Golden raisins; Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. In a medium-size bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
  5. Add butter, mixing into flour with your fingers.
  6. Add buttermilk and knead to a soft dough.
  7. Knead in raisins.
  8. On a floured board, roll out dough to 1/2" thick.
  9. Cut in 16 rounds.
  10. Place on a baking sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden
