  1. In saut pan, melt butter and oil.
  2. Add garlic; saut 1 minute; add shrimp.
  3. Saut 1 minute; add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Saut quickly until sauce reduces and shrimp turns pink, about 3 minutes.
  5. Do not overcook 2.
  6. Serve with sauce over cooked noodles or rice.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley; garnish with lemon wedges.
