  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cook orzo according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Drain the canned tomatoes through a sieve into a bowl, reserving the tomatoes and measuring out 1/2 cup of the liquid.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
  6. Pour in white wine and cook for 1 minute, stirring to deglaze the pan.
  7. Add the reserved tomatoes, 1/2 cup reserved tomato liquid, 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley, capers, oregano, basil, black pepper, and crushed red pepper to the skillet.
  8. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  10. Stir in the cooked orzo pasta until well combined with the sauce.
  11. Spoon the shrimp and pasta mixture into an 11x7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  12. Top evenly with crumbled feta cheese and the remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons of parsley.
