  8. Then add the salt and 1/4 of the water.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Add the beef cubes and the remaining water.
  11. Cover the pan and cook for 45 mins, or until the beef is tender.
  12. There should be a moderate amount of sauce.
  13. Serve warm with Injeera
