  2. Add reduced-sodium chicken broth -- defatted and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add onion -- chopped, garlic -- minced, fresh spinach leaves -- washed and torn and cook until tender.
  5. Return protein to skillet.
