  1. Finely chopped 2 tb Dark molasses 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/4 ts Tabasco sauce 2 tb Chile powder 1 tb Ground coriander 1 tb Dry mustard 1 ts Salt Sautee onion until golden.
  2. Add garlic for one minute.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes stirring frequently.
  6. Hmm I would replace the water with a nice malty beer.
  7. Paulaner Oktoberfest or Dos Equiis.
  8. And use a couple of chipotles in adobo instead of liquid smoke.
  9. They use the jock straps of the volunteer fire department to make that stuff
