  1. Put all the dried fruit in a bowl.
  2. Cover with lemon juice & stir to mix.
  3. Let stand for one hour.
  4. Then transfer the fruit & its liquid to a blender.
  5. Blend at medium speed until thick & creamy, about 2 minutes.
  6. Pour into small custard cups.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. If sotring for longer than 24 hours, cover tightly & keep in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days
