  1. Fresh spinach 1 tb Balsamic vinegar 1 tb Rice vinegar 2 tb Water 4 ts Honey 2 ts Dijon mustard Salt and pepper To taste 1 c Thickly sliced fresh Strawberries 1 sm Thinly sliced red onion Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and
  2. place in salad bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together vinegars, water, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Add to the spinach and toss lightly.
  5. Add strawberries and onion.
  6. Toss lightly.
