seeded and chopped 2 tb Chopped fresh oregano Between sheets of waxed paper, pound steak with meat mallet to just under 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips; season with pinch each of the salt and pepper.

In large skillet, heat oil over high heat; brown meat, in batches, for 2 minutes.

Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until softened.
