inch lengths 1 pn Salt 1/4 ts Black pepper 2 tb Soy sauce Drain the tofu & cube.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat & stir-fry the garlic for a few minutes, until it turns golden.

Set aside.

Add the tofu, stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add the bean sprouts, onions, salt, pepper & soy sauce.

Add the reserved garlic.

Stir-fry for no more than 1 minute.
