No one will guess that the "cream" is whipped instant nonfat dry milk.

Soften gelatin in milk.

Heat, stirring, until gelatin is dissolved.

Puree strawberries in blender and add to warm milk.

Pour into bowl.

Refrigerate until chilled.

Combine nonfat dry milk, ice water and lemon juice.

Beat until the consistency of whipped cream.

This may take as long as 10 minutes.

Fold "cream" into strawberry mixture.

Freeze until mushy.
