Stuffed-Pepper Medley – Country Cooking
Description
This Stuffed-Pepper Medley offers a delightful array of flavors, transforming humble bell peppers into a complete, satisfying meal. By parboiling the peppers first, you ensure they are tender yet sturdy enough to hold a variety of fillings. Choose from five distinct styles: a creamy Macaroni-and-Cheese filling for comfort food lovers, a traditional beef and rice mixture for a hearty dinner, a light Chicken and Broccoli stir-fry option, a fresh Primavera vegetable blend, or a robust Vegetable-Chili for a vegan-friendly twist. These dishes are perfect for weeknight dinners, potlucks, or when you want to offer choices to a diverse group of diners.Directions
