Description

  1. Spray nonstick frying pan with PAM.
  2. Saute onion and celery until onion is browned.
  3. In large bowl mix sweet potato, bread cubes, pecans, Thyme, marjoram, sage and pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add onion and celery.
  6. Toss to mix.
  7. In separate bowl mix skim milk, egg whites and Tamari.
  8. Beat lightly and pour over rest of ingredients.
  9. Toss.
  10. Stuff chicken or turkey.
  11. This is enough stuffing to do a 12 pound bird.

  13. stuff a bird spray a large casserole dish with PAM and
  14. pour mixture into casserole.
  15. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F (177ðC).
