  15. Reheat wok and add 1 1/2 T oil, swirl to coat and stir fry #1 ingredients until fragrant.
  16. Add shredded vegetables and stir fry only until tender.
  17. Re-add beef and #2 ingredients and stir fry only to mix and reheat beef.
