  1. : and diced 1 c Parmesan or Swiss cheese 1 TB oregano -- chopped : Salt and pepper
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Roll out puff pastry to fit inside a 10-inch shallow tart pan.
  4. Crimp edges and thoroughly prick bottom of shell with a fork.
  5. In a small bowl lightly beat eggs, add cream and mix well.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste.
  7. Pour into tart shell and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until firm
