  1. Slice tops of tomatoes & scoop out their insides.
  2. Reserve for another use.
  3. Set tomatoes on a platter.
  4. In a large bowl, toss together the remaining ingredients.
  5. Spoon into the tomatoes,

  7. wrap & store in the refrigerator overnight to
  8. allow the flavours to develop.
  9. Any leftover slaw will keep refrigerated in a covered container, for 2 days.
