  1. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
  2. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the bacon horseradish dip evenly over the entire surface of each tortilla.
  3. Layer 1 or 2 slices of thinly sliced rare roast beef over the dipped tortillas.
  4. Spread another 2 tablespoons of the horseradish dip over the beef slices.
  5. Top with the torn leaf lettuce pieces.
  6. Tightly roll up the tortillas in a jelly-roll style.
  7. Place the rolls seam-side down on a serving platter.
  8. Cover the platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Just before serving, cut each roll-up crosswise into thirds.
