  1. thick slices Butter or margarine 1/4 c Lemon juice Hot cooked noodles 1 Egg Lemon wedges 2 ts Milk
  2. Marinate turkey slices in lemon juice for 1 hour.
  3. Drain.
  4. Blend egg and milk.
  5. Dip turkey slices in egg mix, then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Brown turkey slices, in hot butter, in skillet, over medium heat, 2 to 4 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve with noodles
