L8-1/4 ounces 1 c Semisweet chocolate chips -- 1 pk Caramels -- 14 ounces 6 Ounces 1/2 c Evaporated milk Vanilla ice

Mix cake according to package directions.

Set aside half of the batter; pour remaining batter into a greased and floured 13-in.
