-coarsely shredded 3/4 ts Salt 1 (1 1/4-lbs) butternut 1/4 ts Ground black pepper -squash, coarsely shredded 1/4 ts Caraway seeds 1. In large skillet, heat oil; add green onions and saute until wilted. Add cabbage; stir-fry 5 minutes or until it is slightly tender. 2. Stir in squash, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted. Serve slaw immediately.
