  1. recipe) 1/2 c TVP Egg replacer for 2 eggs 1/2 c Carrots; finely grated 1/4 c Tomato paste 2 tb Tomato paste
  2. Prepare the egg replacer according to package directions.
  3. Mix together all the ingredients except for the 2 Tbs of tomato paste.
  4. Pack the mixture into a loaf pan and apread the top of the loaf with the 2 tbs tomato paste.
  5. Bake at 350 deg for 35 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Serve with a whole grain bread, a cooked vegetable and a salad.
  7. Difficult to tell it's not meat.
