  1. Saute the onion in Pam in a med.
  2. skillet.
  3. Add the tomato paste, sauce, water, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer covered 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375.
  6. Coat casserole pan with Pam.
  7. In a large bowl, combine ricotta & half the mozarella.
  8. Add the cooked ziti and half the tomato sauce from 1st step.
  9. Stir gently to mix.
  10. Turn into prepared casserole.
  11. Pour on the remaining tomato sauce, Prinkle with remaining cheese.
  12. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and brown.
