Salt Ice Cubes Put cream, sugar, and vanilla into small bag and zip up to seal.

In large bag, put 1/4 c salt and half gallon ice cubes.

Put the small bag into the large bag and zip to seal.

Shake bag back and forth until ice cream is frozen.
