  1. Place the pork sirloin roast and water in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours, or until the meat is very tender.
