In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until foamy.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.

Combine with the egg mixture; stir in the zucchini, pineapple, raisins, pecans, and pudding.
