  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, and prepared mustard. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Spread the rinsed and drained sauerkraut evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. Top the sauerkraut with the uncooked medium-width noodles.

  8. In a small bowl, combine the whole wheat bread crumbs and melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle the buttered bread crumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  10. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
