Sourdough Rolls
Description
These homemade rolls offer the perfect balance of chewy texture and mild sourdough tang, enriched with potato and butter for a tender crumb. Ideal for holiday tables or everyday sandwiches, they pair beautifully with soups and stews. The long fermentation develops deep flavor, while the potato ensures they stay soft for days.Ingredients
