  5. Boil hard for exactly 1 minute, continuing to stir.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat immediately.
  7. Skim off any foam from the surface using a metal spoon.
  8. Ladle the hot jelly into hot, sterilized jars, leaving appropriate headspace.
  9. Seal the jars and process in a hot water bath canner, or refrigerate for up to 6 weeks.
