  2. Halve the hard-cooked eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. Mash the yolks in a small bowl and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, and 1/8 teaspoon salt until smooth.
  4. Stuff the egg whites with the yolk mixture and arrange them cut-side up in a 10x6x2 inch baking dish.
  5. In a skillet, cook chopped onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in flour, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a dash of pepper.
